Wales' largest pub, the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival is joining forces with pubs in the City Centre of Cardiff to bring the Festival Fringe to the City. The three-day event at the Millenium Stadium now extends to favourite Cardiff watering holes such as the Goat Major and the City Arms as extra events are happening in these pubs and others in and around the City Centre.
